Content Moderation Policy
As a platform that addresses a global-scale market need, and that focuses on families, especially minors, we have been keen on building a community on the values of trust, tolerance, mastery, transparency, and empathy. Towards this goal, we, at VRapeutic, have committed ourselves to a high-standard of content moderation. Accordingly, we have identified the following types of content as inappropriate and/or illegal. Inappropriate Content Types
- Nudity & sexual content
- Harmful or dangerous content
- Hate speech and vulgar language
- Harassment & cyberbullying
- Suicide and self-harm
Content Removal Policy
Following the review of the reported content, which is expected to be completed within 24 hours, and in case a violation of VRapeutic’s Content Moderation Policy exists, the content shall be removed immediately. A confirmation email is then sent to the reporter with the outcome of the review process. In case the result of the review was not in alignment with the claims of the report, we communicate the outcome of the review with the reporter giving them the chance to go through one more round of rebuttal. This round is expected to feature new documents and/or evidence on the violating nature of the reported content, e.g., mentioning specific clauses of a local law.
